Question about the Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles? - department of motor vehicles in gettysburg,pa
My brother is 13 and lives in Ohio. Must have a license to drive a moped scooter? I looked on the DMV Web site, but came away empty. There is a lot to go on a visit from her sister a few towns, but the parents did not go so far, and I'm still on my license. Any help?

Mopeds: To have the opportunity to drive a moped, 14 and 15 years of normal vision and written tests and a practical test must be applied. This rule also applies to persons not currently holding a valid operator's license, regardless of age.
Motorcycle licenses are required to test at 14 and 15 operators.
The operators are obliged to preserve and display a rear license plates.
A moped operator must obey the traffic rules that apply to operators of bicycles and motor vehicles. This includes obeying traffic signals, all in the same direction as other traffic, signaling turns, and to obtain the right of way.
Operators must wear a helmet with a chin strap, while the subjects under 18 years.
Mopeds must be equipped with a mirror.
Mopeds must be given, if possible, within 3 meters above the right edge of the roadway.
The more than 1 person on a scooter is not allowed.
